Please Pray

This afternoon I leave...please pray for final packing dilemas, as one of my flights has a significantly less baggage allowance and the cost of extra weight listed on their site is £29.43 per kg over 23. That's over $60 for 2.2 pounds extra. And I can't get a real person on the phone to confirm this. I may have to abandon a bag in London with relatives. I am scheduled to leave 5:30 pm AST...and don't get there until sometime Thursday morning. It will be an eventful few days and it will be God's strenght, not my own and his peace that will see me through. "...being confident of this, that he who began a good work in [me]will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus." Phil 1:6 NIV

4 sleeps

Soon I shall be writing you from Swaziland. I am currently taking a break from the stress of packing and getting everything ready to go to a wedding tomorrow. I'm at Lindsays relaxing, sitting on the couch. Its great because I feel at peace among people I love. Back home I will have 2 days to pack...organize..tidy my room...making sure I don't forget everything [anything]. Please pray that my stress levels do not go through the roof, that I will trust God to get everything done.

10 days

I leave 10 days from now. Am I ready? I think so. Is God by my side? I know so. "You are awesome, O God, in your sanctuary;
the God of Israel gives power and strength to his people.

3 weeks

3 weeks, that is if my tickets arrive. But to the glory of God I have all my money. I opened my mail after returning home from college: $1500. yardsale: $533.80. misc: $70. family $500.00. And then I got a personal check for a substantial amount that is to top off my funds and/or go towards tuition. A special thanks to those who are praying for me. I hope to keep you updated.
